Emily Khalil started her career as a model, working in Lebanon and internationally. Through that experience, she became aware of the realities of the industry, issues that often go unspoken. Models facing unclear terms, extended hours, delayed payments, and content being used beyond agreed rights.

In 2021, she founded XY Modeling Management to redefine that experience.

Built on the principle that models come first, the agency ensures transparency, structure, and respect across every project. From contracts and payments to usage rights and working conditions, everything is clearly defined and managed.

Our involvement goes beyond coordination. We are present, hands-on, and attentive at every stage. Acting as a true mother agency, we guide, protect, and support our models while ensuring a seamless process for our clients.
